Through this project, WTI and Current Transportation Solutions is working with North Central Montana Transit (NCMT) and Opportunity Link to develop a five year Transportation Development Plan for NCMT.  The team will document and prioritize transportation needs and gaps, assess organizational structure, estimate costs and benefits of alternative services and revenues, and develop an implementation plan.  The plan will provide options to NCMT to help the agency achieve sustainability through expanded and diversified funding, increased ridership, expanded transit services, and effective governance.  The implementation plan will include responsibilities, approximate costs, funding sources and target completion dates, arranged into short-range (one-year) actions and mid-range (five-year) actions.
