The project team will work with Escambia County and regional stakeholders to identify mobility gaps and needs, identify potential actions and implementation strategies for addressing gaps, and make recommendations on projects and funding sources to improve mobility in ways that enhance community.

Benefits: This project will benefit people within Escambia County who have limited or no access to a private vehicle, which limits their opportunities to get to work, school or training, appointments, essential services, or social and community events.
