Objective
The purpose of this project is to provide support for the development of a coordinated transportation system in and around the area of the Fort Peck Native American Reservation in northeastern Montana.
Abstract
The Fort Peck Transportation System desires to enhance the coordination of transportation services in and around the Fort Peck Native American Reservation. The Fort Peck Transportation System has enlisted the assistance of the Western Transportation Institute to assist in the coordination effort by participating in a meeting at Poplar Montana to discuss coordination and specific coordination issues in the Fort Peck area. WTI will assist Fort Peck by completing three main tasks, including: 1. Reviewing Fort Peck transportation information;2. Presenting at, and moderating, a transportation coordination meeting; and,3. Providing technical assistance after the meeting.
