The objective of this project was to develop the Center for Health and Safety Culture as a specialized research center within WTI.

WTI recognizes the importance of impacting culture as a key discipline with transportation. WTI created the Center for Health and Safety Culture to address the discipline of impacting transportation culture in a focused manner. This project comprised initial activities to develop and build the center, including identification of key research areas, outreach with transportation leaders, development of training and marketing materials, and integration of culture-based and transportation-based research projects.
