Objective
The project evaluated the effectiveness of the #SAFE system, a cellular based Advanced Transportation Weather Information System (ATWIS) technology.
Abstract
The Regional Weather Information Center at the University of North Dakota needed to establish a long-term user fee supported program to continue to provide advanced transportation weather information to the traveling public and the surrounding transportation infrastructure.
