The project team will conduct outreach to stakeholders such as residents, businesses, local governments, and other stakeholders to learn about non-motorized transportation needs and to illustrate what comprehensive mobility access looks like in the smallest rural population centers. The project team will also provide recommendations and information on planning to address those needs, project development, and potential project implementation.
