Through this project, the Center for Health and Safety Culture will provide the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources with technical assistance to support substance abuse prevention efforts.  In this second phase effort, CHSC will implement and analyze a survey of key stakeholders regarding strategies to reduce substance abuse.  CHSC will also conduct trainings in high-need areas of two West Virginia counties to build the capacity of state and local prevention leaders to employ strategies based on the Positive Community Norms framework.
