Damon is a senior research engineer and is licensed in Montana and Minnesota with over 24 years of structural engineering experience.  His research interests include deterioration modeling and analysis of bridge structures, accelerated bridge construction, and the behavior of reinforced concrete, masonry, and wood structures. He has successfully collaborated with road ecologists, biologists, transportation engineers, and landscape architects to identify integrated solutions for wildlife crossing structures. Damon serves on the American Concrete Institute’s (ACI) sub-committees 318-B (Anchorage and Reinforcement) and 318-J (Joints and Connections).
