Jeralyn Brodowy has served as the Director of Administration and Finance at the Western Transportation Institute for over 20 years.  She manages a research portfolio with average expenditures of $8 – $10 million each year.  She coordinates research grants and contracts with numerous federal, state and local agencies, as well as non-profit and private entities.  At the national level, she spearheaded the creation of an annual Administrative Managers forum as part of the Council of University Transportation Centers, in order to share best practices and mentor staff of new centers.
