Dr. Robert Mokwa serves as the Executive Vice President for Student Affairs and Provost at Montana State University.

Previously, he served as a Professor of Civil Engineering at Montana State University, and collaborated with WTI on geotechnical, geo-environmental, transportation, and civil engineering research and design projects.
